Imagine sitting outside your motor home along side a rushing creek in the evening while watching a moose across the valley feeding. Such scenes are a reality in the Greatland. (The name Alaska comes from a native word for Greatland). We take great pride in making each customer’s trip both memorable and enjoyable. Our RV’s are kept in immaculate condition. We  advise you order from Amazon Books  a copy of the Alaska Mile Post directory for the most up to date help in planning what you want to see prior to your arrival in Alaska.

When you arrive in Alaska we need to know your schedule and flight number and we will be happy to provide complementary airport pick up at Ted Stevens International Airport. If you have other business in Alaska and would rather spend time in Anchorage prior to your RV trip, we will happily pick you up at any of the Anchorage area hotels.

The ride out to Alaska’s Fun Time RV normally takes an hour or a little less and it will be quite interesting as well as scenic. Often we can observe Moose along the highway, we even occasionally see a bear. The driver will point out these areas. When you do arrive at our location, if you choose, your motor home will be set up and ready to use at Alaska Trails RV Park   in a full hook up site. The first night there is complementary from us. If late, the driver will give you a brief run down of the RV and its basic operations for the first evening. If you request, we can even make a stop at Wal-Mart or a grocery store so that you can pick up a few items to tide you and the family over until you are underway. The remaining paper work for the final rental agreement can be either taken care of the next morning prior to your departure or that evening if you arrive prior to 6pm. We have found that after traveling for several hours most clients appreciate having the opportunity to stay the first night here with us and get settled into their motor home before taking off on their Alaskan adventure.
